Note to bad drivers:
The right of an individual to drive at 50mph doesn’t weigh much against the right of a pedestrian, cyclist or horse rider not to be killed.
It's now possible to receive a higher fine for dropping a piece of chewing gum (£75) than you will for breaking the speed limit (£60).
To all the good and considerate drivers out there (unfortunately you are a dying breed) we give our thanks.
